Who we are
A church rooted in a small place
Rocks Baptist Church sits on Rocks Church Road just outside Pamplin, Virginia — a Southern Baptist congregation that has kept the doors open through more than two hundred and fifty years of Southside Virginia history.
We're a working congregation more than a program-driven one: familiar faces, hymns you know the words to, and a pulpit centered on Scripture. Visitors are never asked to stand up or wear a name tag — just to sit down and stay a while.
